When you use the forms on this site you type your name, tentative dates, number of guests and the message you want to send us. This data is not stored on this site: the form prepares a message that you choose to send on WhatsApp.

- To answer your questions about availability, rates and events.
- To manage and confirm your booking.
- To meet the legal obligations of a lodging service, such as guest registration.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, you can access, update, correct and request deletion of your data, revoke your consent and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

Message us on WhatsApp or call +57 314 6529033. We answer requests within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days.
Third-party services
Sending a message opens WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. Links to Booking, Google, Instagram and Facebook lead to sites with their own policies.
